Our symbol is a Knight’s chessman. This is the only piece that can move over obstacles and jump borders.  It can attack from 8 different positions,  while covering all of the general points of the compass. This knight is arguably the most versatile game piece when it comes to getting around blockage.  The job of the knight is both to attack and defend. The disposition of the knight is one of nobility and chivalry, while being both ruthless and cunning.   The knight also symbolizes wisdom and prudence.

The Scandinavian rune Tiwaz represents the guiding philosophy of HGWT.   The rune, in ancient times, often symbolized honesty, loyalty and trust.  If one does right by others, then one has done well.  This rune also symbolizes sacrificing one’s skills and talents for the betterment of others – which is exactly what we do.  In our modern world, it has come to symbolize ‘direction’ and ‘the right path’.  We believe the rune best epitomizes how we approach our clients and our overall perspective.
